How long we store personal data
The Wild Canvas does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected. We apply the following retention periods:

Account data: As long as you have an active account. If an account has been inactive for a period of 2 years, the personal data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

Sharing personal data with third parties
The Wild Canvas website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To ensure that the request is made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
We will respond as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks after receiving your request.
