Shipping Policy
Production & Processing Time
Each print is produced to order. Because every print is made especially for you, please allow 10 working days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Destination
We currently ship within the Netherlands and the EU. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed, as they depend on PostNL's delivery network. A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout and is based on your country. Orders of €89,- or more come with free shipping. For delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order so we can check whether shipping to your location is possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your PostNL tracking number. Please allow a few hours after receiving this email for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by PostNL carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, customs clearance, or force majeure events. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@wildcanvas.org.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wildcanvas.org. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage. We will work with PostNL to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at info@wildcanvas.org and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
